I purchased a snowsuit for my granddaughter but I ordered the wrong size. The service was excellent when I inquired about an exchange, Gusti immediately emailed me a postal return slip for free return. In my opinion Gusti snowsuits are well made, warm and dont wear out on the knees like other brands.
