Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada and USA. Limited shipping options may be available in some areas.

We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels. International shipping is currently not available.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a shipment tracking number.

What shipping options are available?

gusti.ca offers free expedited shipping on orders of $50 or more, not including discounts and tax. All shipments will be delivered through Canada Post. Once your order has shipped, you can track your shipment via Canada Post's website. Delivery standard begins once Canada Post has processed the parcel at their facility.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.

Do you charge taxes ?

All taxes will be applied subject to federal and provincial tax legislation.

You've changed your mind? Not a problem. We will exchange it for you!

Everyone can have second thoughts, no problem. We will gladly exchange your goods for an item of the same value. If the item you would like has a higher value, we will charge the difference to the credit card used for payment. Follow this link to fill out the form.

What can I return or exchange?

We will fully refund any returned goods that were purchased on our website provided they are in their original condition: with hang tags and in their original packaging. It is important that the garment may not be washed, worn or altered in any way.

Final sale items & exclusions All items reduced by 40% or more from their suggested retail prices are considered final sales. Gusti International Inc. does not accept returns or exchanges of these items.

How long do I have to decide?

Within thirty (30) days following the date of receipt of your order by mail.

When do I get my refund?

After we have received and verified the content of your package, our team will inspect it to ensure it respects the conditions stated in this return policy. We will then credit the amount using the same payment method used for the initial online purchase. This typically takes 7-10 business days to show on your statements depending on your financial institution. The amount credited does not include shipping fees, if any, included in the initial online order charge.

What is my cost for refunds or exchanges?

For most locations in Canada, we will provide a Canada Post label for your return and you will be charged a flat return rate of $12. This flat amount will be deducted from your final refunded amount. Consumers in remote locations may be charged an extra 5$ rate.

What if my product is defective?

A defective item purchased online will be exchanged for the same item or one of equivalent value, or refunded, within within thirty (30) days following the date of receipt of your order by mail, provided the merchandise is returned in its original condition: with hang tags and in their original packaging. It is important that the garment may not be washed, worn or altered in any way. Gusti International Inc. will pay the shipping costs for the return of a defective product. The new item will be returned without shipping and handling charges.
