The objective of this privacy policy is to inform users of our site www.gusti.ca of the personal data collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from gusti.ca (the “Site”).

Gusti International Inc. strictly complies with Quebec Law 25 and Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) regarding the protection of personal data.

This privacy policy also details our commitment and the measures taken to ensure the security of your personal information.  It describes the policies of Gusti International Inc., on the collection, use and disclosure of your information that we collect when you use our website (https://gusti.ca) (the “Service”). If you do not consent to the same, please do not access or use the Service.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

We will collect and process some, or all, of the following personal information if you create an account, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site or subscribe to our newsletter and SMS marketing :

        • Google Ads, Meta and other advertising platforms: This information is utilized to create more effective and personalized advertising campaigns. We strictly adhere to the privacy policies of both Google Ads and Meta, and take all necessary steps to protect your personal information.
